REGISTRATION
STEP 1
For registration click on the google form link given below

STEP 2
If you want to register as an individual , click on 'INDIVIDUAL' or if you want to register as a group , click on 'GROUP'.
STEP 3
For individual registration , fill in the required information.
For group registration , only the person of contact has to fill the form on behalf of whole group
STEP 4
Calculating the discounted payment :
STEP 5
The payment must be done through online mode only on the given QR code, using an UPI app.
Once the payment is done , please take a screenshot and submit it in the payment proof column of the google form.
STEP 6
After completing the registration please wait for a confirmation email via our official email id.
